About James Saintey
I am a results and operational driven leader with previous management experience and strong intrapersonal communication skills. My goal is to utilize the abilities and skills that I have developed in order to lead a team who is able to consistently grow and execute on both internal and external KPI\'s. My personal philosophy on how to do this focuses on creating and maintaining an operational process that is sustainable and based on team and individual accountability. I am currently working as an Supply Chain Analyst at Andersen Windows with 7+ years of Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain experience. My primary focus is on data analysis for our North End Distribution process. Through our online platforms, I am able to get a look at our operational performance and give our team the tools to work towards best practices and KPI\'s. I also work globally with our downstream ALI centers as well is upstream with our Manufacturing teams to help streamline the life-cycle of our product. For the first 1.5 years, I worked as an Inventory analyst in charge of vendor management and ordering replacement glass & hardware for our Menomonie Consolidation Center.
