There is no one template that makes great strategists and industry leaders but with my diversity of background and deep structured thinking approach, I work to make and drove change across the organization. •Directly work with technology and business leaders to drive technology strategy and enable firmwide innovation. •Restructure businesses and operating models to enhance organizational design and improve effectiveness. •Lead, define, Facilitate and Champion strategies and plans that define how technology should be utilized to enable and influence our business strategy. •Partner with the business to simplify complex technology in approachable project, helping to align and plan narratives to influence non-technical business leaders •Work simultaneously to drive and partner with multiple cross-functional strategy project teams looking to transform our business. •Establish future state front to back business architecture enabling optimized solutions with low process friction. •Partner with architecture to illustrate critical dependencies and influence architecture to support the business and enable a clearly articulated plan to get to a target state. •Work with all technology partners to align strategic technical investments to the target state business architecture or justify any deviations. •Ensure activities as aligned to the enterprise-wide objectives. •Develop and evangelize business arch principles aimed at optimizing straight through processing and guaranteeing the timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and internal consistency.
