For as long I can remember, I\'ve had a driving desire to be the very best that I could be. Maybe it was strategically winning that first game of Monopoly or the time my dad made me redo my homework because it wasn\'t something that I would \"turn into the president.\" Whatever the cause, at some point in my life, I became all about the details, and that mind for the minutiae combined with a Kobe-esque passion for winning has led to successful careers as a United States Marine and Project Manager.I am a veteran and PMP with 17 years\' experience leading multidisciplinary teams in government, startup, and enterprise environments. I have 9 years\' experience managing projects as well as 7 years\' experience managing fully remote teams. I lead all aspects of the project management life cycle for strategic projects and programs that range in scope, budget, and team size up to the level of large projects, involving high levels of risk and complexity, and budgets of approximately excel at leveraging excellent communication and reasoning skills to establish strong trust within my teams that results in the consistent delivery of predictable outcomes. I love working with professionals who are smart and passionate about what they do and look forward to the challenges that each day presents as an opportunity to exercise creative and strategic problem-solving.
