Before founding sōl people, Rodney was the Founder and Chief Sales Officer of Qivana, a breakthrough nutritional company that, under his direction, experienced hyper growth, expanding into seven countries in its first five years. With tremendous industry experience, Rodney created successful multi-dimensional marketing strategies while managing the growth of distributor networks. Throughout his journey, Rodney witnessed the incredible evolution of people and entire communities through the direct selling business model, but he also saw a lack. Understanding that there’s no limit to what people can do with the validation and motivation to learn how very powerful they are, he wanted to create a company that uplifted and rewarded others in unique and innovative ways.
