I established an Integration and Transformation Office for a $1.5B, where I led cross-functional teams through the transition and crafted a new operating model for Adtalem, ensuring we maximized the transaction\'s value. After the integration, I oversaw the Chamberlain Business Segment as well as the corporate Shared Services Division, managing a significant $600M P&L and a team of 2,100.Prior, as the President and CEO at DeVry University, Inc, I spearheaded the sale of the organization from Adtalem Global Education to a private equity firm. In addition to handling this complex transaction, I strategically redesigned the organization and addressed an evolving tech-driven workforce skills gap, aligning the university’s operations with its strategic goals. Under my leadership, DeVry\'s B2B channel and a big-data-driven customer service model flourished, significantly enhancing student outcomes and efficiency.An active community member, I’ve served on the board of DeVry University and am actively involved in the Private Directors Association and Wake Forest University Alumni Association.
