This new position within WVIA is a testament to the growth of the organization under the leadership of Carla McCabe. My role sits within the Content Team, and I\'m responsible for managing the organizations growing Digital and Marketing/Promotion Teams- Develop and Implement multi-channel Marketing and Promotion campaigns for our Local, PBS, and NPR content, with an emphasis on digital channels and community engagement- Define and incrementally improve the overall user journey for WVIA.org, including improving discoverability of content, creating high-value lead capture campaigns, and nurturing new and returning users/members to ensure delight in our offerings- Strategize and implement new digital product offerings, including Apple News, Google News, local news audio stream, email newsletters, unified sign on, and community engagement tools-Analyze content consumption and campaign data to drive new users to our website -Reorganize and grow the WVIA Youtube with added content lines and optimized SEO - Attract new users to our growing WVIA News vertical through organic social media campaigns, improved discoverability and recirculation, launching new distribution channels, and incrementally optimizing our email news strategy- Grow community partnerships through our 22-county region, including within the Spanish-language population in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania- Organize cross functional workflow with the implementation of streamlined processes and work management software
