As a Maintenance Manager at Sun Chemical since April 2023, I leverage my Senior Reactor Operator certification and over 20 years of experience in commercial nuclear power, naval nuclear power, and multiple commercial industries to ensure the optimal performance and functionality of the facilities and equipment. I have a proven track record of managing maintenance expenses, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conducting inspections and repairs, overseeing installation activities, and building long-term relationships with contractors and service providers.In addition to my maintenance responsibilities, I also served as an Integrated Outage Manager for Framatome, where I coordinate and supervise all the work groups involved in outage support for nuclear power plants. I am responsible for the schedule, financial, and customer aspects of the outage operations, as well as the training and preparation of the outage teams. I have successfully completed multiple outage projects for various customers, delivering high-quality results within budget and time constraints. I also apply my performance improvement skills to identify and implement strategies to enhance organizational performance, address gaps and issues, and support human performance and leadership review boards.
