I have experience in a wide range of IT fields. I started my IT career as a Help Desk Administrator, directing the tickets that had been submitted through Magic Help Desk to the appropriate desktop support or network support professionals while administering several servers and backing up the company\'s DBA and Disaster Recovery specialists. I would also fill in as needed on the desktop support team. From there I moved to a small Consulting firm where I did everything from purchasing and setting up new servers for small businesses to troubleshooting network issues to desktop support. In that position I wired existing buildings for network access, set up and maintained all types of servers from mail servers and file servers to database and web servers. After that I moved back to a larger company again as part of their desktop support team. At LBMC I supported MS Exchange / Outlook, MS Office 2003 and 2007 and 2010, Active Directory, DHCP, DFS. We used Microsoft\'s SCCM platform for our inventory, software roll out, and for remote desktop support. At XMI we had a team of 2 supporting about 20 companies as we offered complete IT services to those companies, anything and everything needed from basic desktop support to provisioning and implementing server virtualization using ESXi.Specialties: Automation of software installs, A+, N+, MCP, MCSA Server 2003, MCSE Server 2003, Scripting, Active Directory, DHCP, DFS, Remote desktop assistance
