Initially launching in the UK, we came became one of the first agencies to truly adopt social media as a platform to recruit, and have worked with hundreds of companies from exciting tech start-ups to global tech giants to build their tech teams. In 2020 we brought our award-winning solutions to the US, Headquartered in the City of Austin, TX!When asked to head up this expansion into the United States, naturally, an opportunity I grabbed with both hands immediately, only to be hit with a global pandemic 3 months in. Did that make things more difficult, and borderline terrifying at first? Yes, of course!I work with a small, but brilliant team of specialist recruiters whose goal is simple. To help our clients scale their tech teams, within our given specialist subject!
