   Accomplishments include-Manage the SEO team focused on improving rankings for IBM\'s Marketing pages-Developed a strategy, process, and the briefs for SEO driven page templates by intent -Created and manage the Redirect cleanup team focused on capturing lost links through redirects -Developed a custom redirect engine for IBM that automatically recommends the best pages to redirect old 404 URLs with links to to support redirect cleanup-Created and manage the process around optimization and cleanup of marketing pages for a site migration -Created and manage a custom infrastructure for managing the SEO team\'s keyword data mapped to intent, topic, ranking, page category, and various business categorizations-Created and socialized URL and SEO standards and a governance process that is now in use across IBM. I manage SEO approval for any new pages/sections to make sure they are integrated into IBM\'s information architecture -Developed and lead a keyword research exercise to identify and map out keywords for IBM\'s core marketing pages -Lead development of a centralized topic taxonomy driven by SEO competitor analysis and a system/process for keeping it updated-as an experienced developer and SEO, I provide strategic and technical guidance to many teams looking to fix or avoid search related issues-work with various business stakeholders to drive adoption of SEO initiatives
