ABOUT JAMES PALUCCI

As the Vice-President, Finance at MKB, I lead the firm’s corporate finance, investor reporting, and other finance-related functions across the group. I have been an integral part of scaling the platform to an institutional grade level and play a key role in my firm\'s compliance and overall governance functions at both the corporate and fund level. I continuously implement best practices across the group and I am an active member of the firm’s ESG Committee. I recently completed BDC’s GP Academy, a higher educational program designed specifically for finance and operation leaders in the venture capital and private equity industry. Prior to joining MKB, I spent five years as a public auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers where I audited some of Canada’s largest investment managers with assets under management in excess of $100 billion. I am a licensed CPA and MBA holder from the John Molson School of Business and I am passionate about the sustainability space.
