I hold an MD, an MBA, and an MPH, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which enable me to apply operational efficiency, strategic thinking, and business acumen to my role. As the Vice President of Market Operations at ChenMed, I support the development and execution of strategic initiatives in value-based care, working closely with the Divisional President and Chief Medical Officer. I also manage the day-to-day operations and P&L for the Region, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and VIP service for clinical outcomes that align with the ChenMed Way. In addition, I am responsible for opening and launching new medical centers during hypergrowth, mentoring and coaching Center Leaders, and identifying and resolving barriers to successful market launches.
