I have over 25 years of experience within the Building Services Engineering sector, working for both contractors and consultants, delivering significant projects for major clients. For the past 15 years my work has revolved around a number of high profile projects, both new build and refurbishments, in a number of sectors including commercial, residential, retail, fit-out and education. With a strong interest in Low Energy and Sustainable design, and an integrated team approach to delivering innovative but appropriate solutions. More recently myself and my team have been involved in a number of large, complex, mixed-use developments, mainly in the south of England for major developers. the focus being centred around designing shell and core/Cat A buildings that are flexible and adaptable to a range of potential tenants, that can accommodate their initial requirements, along with those that they cannot yet foresee. This includes different ways of working and ensuring that buildings are technologically enabled for tenants future requirements.
