I’m a software development leader with over 20 years in engineering and 12+ years guiding teams to deliver impactful technology solutions. Today, I lead the Payments engineering team at Twinkl, where we ensure seamless, secure transactions for millions of users worldwide. Twinkl is going through a massive replatforming project, and along with migrating the payments areas to the new scalable platform, I\'ve also led on authentication.My passion lies in building high-performing teams and creating systems that scale. I believe great technology starts with great people—empowered, trusted, and aligned around a shared vision. Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t just about roadmaps and architecture; it’s about fostering a culture where innovation thrives and challenges become opportunities.One of the most rewarding parts of my role is mentoring and supporting junior engineers as they grow into confident, capable professionals. Helping people break into the industry and watching them flourish is something I take pride in—it strengthens teams and the tech community as a whole.I’m deeply interested in the future of payments, SaaS, and engineering leadership.
