Leading multiple strategic utility programs focused on medium voltage switchgears (GIS & AIS), photovoltaic (PV) central/string inverter systems and solutions, driving innovation and operational excellence.The Utility Systems & Solutions segment of Siemens-US SI EA UTL PMO offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for the Utility and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) markets.• Support all project lifecycle phases including milestone deliverables, documentation, case management and financial aspects.• Coordinate to develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project and site teams. Identify time-sensitive project needs.• Document project events that impact the acceptance schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency, identify solutions and drive actions to minimize schedule and cost impact to the project.• Track resources and project progress. Participate in customer meetings, drive them and capture notes during all phases of the project: from project start to close.• Develop and deliver monthly status reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, change orders and presentations to management and internal/external stakeholders.• Own and drive all aspects of the close milestone processing to achieve timely and clean project quality gates.
