ABOUT JAMES NEWMAN

I am passionate and enthusiastic about working with growing and ambitious mid-market and private equity backed businesses, through to large multi-national entities.Through my experience over the years, including working in corporate finance, at a major bank and throughout various parts of the firm nationally, I endeavour to add value to businesses by engaging and assisting with their corporate strategy underpinned a robust compliance service.I have worked in our Corporate Finance, Business Restructuring and London Audit teams whilst also undertaking a secondment in the Commercial & Corporate Teams of a major UK bank.
