My top responsibilities are;1. To engage with volunteers and my full time staff to deliver the Scouting program to more youth across New Hampshire. As the team lead, I guide our efforts to provide valuable opportunities for over 4,500 youth and 2,500 adult volunteers across 253 units3. Overseeing the Program Director, which ensures the successful execution of high-quality, non-summer camp activities. I also support the Program Director in managing several revenue-generating initiatives, including product sales that generate over The commissions from these sales are essential in covering our unit’s operating costs, Summer camp fees, and registration dues, contributing to the financial sustainability of our program4. I provide strategic direction and support to the team, helping achieve key objectives. As the team lead, I work with my team to build strong partnerships with a variety of organizations such as civic groups, law firms, police and fire departments, schools, and more to create a lasting impact in our community.6. Foster teamwork to achieve primary goals which are to grow Scouting by increasing membership and expanding opportunities to serve more youth through strong community partnerships7. Overseeing the Member Care Center, which acts as the central hub for all communications, including visitor inquiries, mail, shipments, service tickets, emails, and phone calls
