As a pool manager at Recreation Park during the summer and the Aquatic Ridge Center throughout the year, I\'m responsible for- General monitoring and upkeep of facility, including assessing the pool\'s chlorine/pH levels and performing facility opening/closing duties on respective shifts- Assessing and reaffirming staff skill levels during shifts using observational training and occasional mock auditing exercises.
