   Jim Montano is an experienced lawyer who has tried cases to verdict and handled thousands of depositions and motions in nearly 25 years of practice. His innate ability to communicate with his clients, coupled with his degree in Business Management and Finance and experience running his own business, enables him to understand the pressures the client is under, as well as the underlying business and legal needs of his client to build his cases on a solid foundation. Jim has significant experience as National Counsel for clients overseeing local counsel throughout the United States and has conducted seminars on making a client a “hard target” for litigation. At Wilson Elser, Jim will continue this practice with the added ability to service his clients needs in over 40 states and with significantly more resources than ever before.
