About James Monahan
The last two years I have worked in client facing professional services providing Risk Assurance, including SOC services, and Readiness Assessments to clients over their internal Controls in business process and IT environments. The value this provides to clients helps them address risk in their operations in today\'s growing world of Information Technology and data collection. In this role I have gained a wide familiarity of controls throughout various industries and have executed the project lead role to ensure we complete our deliverable within expectations. I am a graduate from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst where, I received a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Operations and Information Management. This major taught me operational techniques in supply chain, logistics, planning and business modeling. In addition, I learned the importance of business intelligence, ERP systems and data analysis tools for today’s changing business world.
