For the past 20 years, I have worked with product leaders and designers around theworld to imagine, prototype, and launch new businesses, services, and user experiences.I often come in when a product team has gotten stuck. They might need actionable userinsight to see an opportunity, more creative solutions, or criteria to help them prioritizenew features.I help people push through the weeds and reach results faster. I lead research that’stargeted, but embraces the messiness of users’ real lives. I show designers how toimagine solutions that break out of industry norms.
