As registered Municipal Advisors, our primary role is to provide expert, independent advice regarding capital planning, financial management, and transaction execution to these institutions. In this role my experience includes:• Delivering day-to-day financial advisory services to over 20 ongoing client relationships for institutions ranging in size from small private college to large comprehensive universities • Leading and supporting over 155 debt issuance transactions totaling over $6.5 billion• Engineering and operating the firm’s pricing desk to negotiate competitive fixed rate bond pricings• Designing and developing proprietary analytical models for credit assessment, debt capacity, bond structuring, debt monitoring, and other tailored financial analysis• Communicating recommendations and analysis directly to client staff as well as board of trustees members and finance committees• Identifying business development opportunities and strategies in the higher education sector
