   January 2026 - Present: Journeys Team. The team owns the Journeys product, which allows Attentive clients to orchestrate message sending in response to events based on graph flows they define.January 2025 - December 2025: Short Messaging Team. The team is responsible for the composition and send time evaluation of short (non-email) message content. The team also owns the Journeys product, which allows Attentive clients to orchestrate message sending in response to events based on graph flows they define. During this time period, in addition to my core team responsibilities, I helped Attentive build out support for RCS and push messaging.June 2023 - December 2024: Journeys/Concierge Team. The team is responsible for two products. Journeys allows Attentive clients to orchestrate message sending in response to events based on graph flows they define. Concierge allows brands to interact with customers sending them text messages at a 1:1 level with human-level response quality, powered by both human agent and AI responses.April 2021 - May 2023: Messaging Platform Team. My first big project on the team was working with two other engineers to build out the initial version of Attentive\'s self-serve email template editor. In general, the team is responsible for API interaction with Attentive\'s external providers to send and receive SMS, MMS, and RCS text messages, send email messages, and send push notifications.
