   Planning and conducting training for my 18 Soldiers who directly report to me to keep them trained in their specific skill sets and Army Soldier tasks- Ensure SMs (Service Members) are attending the training necessary to further their military knowledge and grow as individuals- Manage 91 SMs medical readiness, security clearances, and requirements to stay current in MOS (military occupational specialty)- Security Manager for Company- Master Resiliency Trainer for Company- Command Language Program Manager- RLAS Operator (originate/create military orders), DTS Operator (originate / review/ close out travel for Soldiers), DTMS Operator (Army Digital Training Management System), RFMSS Operator (used to coordinate and reserve ranges and classrooms at respective military installations), RCMS Operator (repository system of information for Soldiers), ATRRS Operator (Army Training Requirements and Resource System used to put Soldiers in for military schools and classes)- Preparing, reviewing, and forwarding personnel actions and forms to BN S1- Developing, producing, and disseminating relevant messages and media products- Obtaining computer skills that include graphic design and innovative methods of information dissemination - Training with equipment to include vehicles, weapon systems and other PSYOP unique systems - Preparing cultural studies and target analysis reports- Assist in the formulation of planning efforts and coordination of PSYOP activities with other services, agencies or organizations, both military and civilian - Assist in the determination of the appropriate mix of media and methods of disseminating information - Maintain situational awareness in order to select the appropriate audience to influence and determine the most critical information required for dissemination - Identify accessibilities, vulnerabilities, and susceptibilities of the intended foreign audience
