As the Film and Photography Manager, I lead the production and delivery of film and photography assets for the Creative function, which covers both Brand and Vehicle Design on both internally and externally facing projects. I manage film material creation processes and improve the realism of animations through the creation of backplates, domes and chromakey work. I also create and build libraries of stock footage to be accessed by the wider Creative function. I track the development of physical assets through the medium of film and photography, and showcase new Material technologies and processes through film and photography. I translate requirements into film and photography assets that are in line with brand and Modern Luxury guidelines, and provide creative direction and apply a Modern Luxury lens to all film and photography content. I deploy resource to specialist squads made up of dedicated disciplines, and work closely with the Digital Design Director and Digital Design Leadership team to understand future demand and capability requirements. I ensure quality and consistent look and feel according to Brand guidelines, and coach members of the team ensuring standards, guidelines and best practices are applied.
