I work at the intersection of leadership, culture, and institutional renewal.For more than twenty years, I have founded schools, built companies, led operations, and advised mission-driven organizations on how to grow without losing their identity.My work focuses on a problem many institutions now face: how to recover clarity, discipline, and confidence in an age of cultural fragmentation.My background includes founding and rebuilding schools, serving in executive leadership roles in education and business, and consulting on strategy, governance, and operations for nonprofits, startups, and infrastructure projects. I hold an MBA from Duke University, studied Classics at Johns Hopkins, and completed executive leadership training at the University of Notre Dame.In recent years my work has expanded into speaking and writing on leadership, formation, and the rebuilding of durable institutions.
