IT Lead for programmes with budgets of $5m -$10m - SAP GTS Implementation, 8 countries and 15 manufacturing sites (in progress)- 3rd party supplier collaboration portal showing orders and inventory levels - Temperature and location tracking solution for global shipments- Jaggaer One S2C implementation, 650 users across 40 countries- SAP Work Manager implementation to 27 manufacturing sites globally - Workday Time Implementation - 29 countries globally Accountabilities - Lead a blend of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project teams - Manage project / programme budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status reporting - Effective risk & issue management, ensuring mitigation actions are identified, owned and delivered - Chair key stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues, risks at Project Board Meetings and Exec Steering Groups- Project / programme mobilisation including resourcing, workstream setup, roles and responsibilities, quality requirements and governance model as defined in AZ’s Project Management Methodology- Build cohesive, high performing project teams and provide leadership to maximize the team’s success- Lead competitive RFPs to select both technology solutions and implementation partner / business consultancy contracts - Provide support and mentoring for IT and Business Project Managers- Develop service transition plans to ensure project delivered solutions are sustainable within a BAU environment, including controlled hand-over to operational support teams.
