I’m a PMP-certified Project Manager with a background in civil engineering and hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure and resilient housing projects valued at over $225M.Currently, I manage a portfolio of 37 federally funded construction projects, leading cross-functional teams of operations managers, grant specialists, policy analysts, financial analysts, and technical advisors. My work sits at the intersection of construction execution, federal compliance (CDBG-DR), financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination. From resolving multi-year invoice backlogs and change order remediation to working directly with legal teams and executive leadership, I focus on driving projects forward while protecting funding integrity and community impact.Before transitioning into program-level leadership, I worked in heavy civil construction and tunneling, overseeing tunnel boring machine operations, production tracking, proof grouting, and field coordination.
