About Me I’m James Brown from Comtec, the UK\'s first B Corp-certified translation and localisation agency.A life-long language lover and speaker of French, German and Spanish, I’ve worked in the translation industry for 12+ years, within roles such as project management, partnerships, business development and marketing. I\'m currently Comtec’s Head of Commercial, which involves implementing our business development strategy and marketing stategy and participating as a member of our Senior Leadership team, where I oversee our B Corp initiatives.When it comes to our clients, I specialise in supporting marketing teams and agencies to translate and localise their content in the most impactful and engaging way possible, ensuring they are successfully building their brands internationally, while keeping the target culture firmly in mind. I\'m also very proud to act as a Vice Chair and Business Diversity Sustainability Ambassador for the Association of Translation Companies (ATC).When I\'m not busy doing all of the above, you\'ll find me swimming, travelling, spending time with friends and family, obsessing over the latest TV craze and attempting to write a novel! I\'m also Social Secretary and Touch Rugby Team Vice Captain for Coventry Corsairs RFC, an LGBTQ+ inclusive rugby team based in Warwickshire.
