James has contributed to over 250 MW of renewable energy capacity currently in operation in Ontario and Saskatchewan. He excels at helping his team identify suitable sites for utility-scale wind and solar generators, as well as battery energy storage systems (BESS). He uses GIS mapping skills, knowledge of federal, provincial/state regulations and permitting experience to propose suitable regions for development. Once suitable areas are identified, James can promptly create meaningful relationships with property owners, utilities, local government bodies and First Nation groups. His experience as a project manager managing permitting, EPC contracts and interconnection allow him to speak intelligently to the numerous steps of a development timeline. With a background in sales, marketing and customer service he can help build genuine rapport with all stakeholders. As Ontario, Saskatchewan and the world continues its energy transition, James will continue to help companies deliver utility-scale and distributed energy resources to customers who ask for clean reliable power.
