I serve as Vice Chancellor & Chief General Counsel for Nevada’s state-supported system of higher education, which is comprised of two doctoral-granting universities, a state college, four comprehensive community colleges, and one environmental research institute. The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) is governed by the Nevada Board of Regents and serves over students across its eight institutions with nearly faculty and employees. I provide comprehensive legal services to the Chancellor, Executive Team, and the Board of Regents while providing oversight of NSHE’s legal staff of approximately 28 attorneys system-wide.
