In addition to continuing the work of Website Development Manager, achieved the following: • Promoted an engaged and connected remote work culture with both Blue Nile employees and remote contract developers in Mexico and South America. • Audited and updated website pages to achieve high scores on Google Core Web Vitals, resulting in a significant increase in SEO traffic. • Accomplished audits and improvements in website accessibility for ADA compliance, resulting in significant reduction in risk of legal penalties for non-compliance with ADA laws. • Contributed in the effort to port the system over to AWS, although it was not released to production due to the acquisition.
