Provide direction and coaching to branch management and safety personnel on legislative compliance and reporting. Resposible to direct the training of all employees in safety requirements and the implementation of new health and safety policies, procedures and related processes. Additionally, I manage and validate safety program initiatives across Ontario. Furthermore, I regularly audit branches and ensure Health and Safety aspects of operations conform to company standards and legislation compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating training for new employees, develop new policies, procedures and training programs for legislative requirements. Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures and training programs for all legislative requirements. Assist with implementation and coordinator rollout through safety personnel in each office location. Ensure training methods are consistent. Monthly metrics.
