I lead recruitment at arch.law, bringing to the firm 25+ years of legal expertise, entrepreneurial experience and people-first leadership. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1998 (Real Estate, SJ Berwin), I became an equity partner at what is now Womble Bond Dickinson before pivoting away from traditional private practice in 2012 to join The Legal Director (TLD), then a small boutique start-up.I played a pivotal role in scaling the business from a handful of lawyers to a team of nearly 50. I built and led a high-performing recruitment function that became central to the company’s success. I\'m applying all this experience to attract and onboard exceptional legal and professional talent, ensuring that every new arch.law Member aligns with the firm’s values, ambition, and innovative model.
