I am a visionary and charismatic executive leader skilled in directing cross-functional operations to drive organizational alignment and success. My goal is to leverage my experience in oversight of strategic initiatives to propel the organization into industry leadership.Professionally, I specialize in design and implementation of innovative programs that drive continuous improvement and optimize value for internal and external stakeholders. I am adept in data analysis and creative problem solving, which has supported my track record of leading teams to achieve success during both typical and unexpected circumstances.I am a strategist at heart; I understand that when working in dynamic, global settings you may not realistically be able to have a solution ready at hand for every problem, but you do need to be able to triage and lead through the problem-solving process to the end resolution. I have a proven track record of guiding teams through complex crisis situations to achieve highly satisfactory results that benefit all stakeholders. As the Director of Operations for Sogeti, I designed and led a comprehensive turnaround in performance of several teams. I grew teams from 4 onshore and offshore employees, to 10 onshore and 50+ offshore. In the midst of growth, training, and development I led the team to backlog reductions of >900 to <100 monthly.I am energized and driven by opportunities to develop strategy around my teams. My strengths in communication, process development, creativity and charismatic leadership allow me to guide cross-functional teams through complex or crisis situations to perform at their peak and achieve best possible outcomes. I define roles and boundaries for each position to ensure that everyone understands what is expected of them, while providing the structure for autonomy and resourcing that allows them to thrive as high performers.My passion for leading organizational strategy is rooted in my commitment to create positive impact through both individual and business success.
