ABOUT JAMES FROESE
From logging to publishing to compact machines! I have a lot of hands on experience in the field with several years of detail oriented highly communicative work. I\'m equipped to help! I have worked in the logging industry in Northern BC for 9 summers plus a full winter season. I had many roles from Heavy-Duty Mechanics and Heavy Equipment Operating to assisting with the management of daily operations. I spent over a year working at a publishing company helping clients across BC and Alberta to feel confident using the latest course software. I gained a lot of experience using various software platforms to best maximize customers’ experience while interacting remotely. At university, I had various roles of service and leadership in the community including teaching and guiding a class of students through their first semester. I also spent two years serving as a dorm assistant, which meant living with and being responsible for the wellbeing and development of 10-16 university peers. I strove to build deep and lasting relationships with my dorm mates, and this had a profound impact on myself and the way I look at leadership. For my first year at Brandt I spent my days organizing the operations of the compact construction equipment sales department. I strove to respond with accurate information in a very fast-paced and competitive industry. I became very proficient characterized by discipline and excellence. I currently work to solve problems for business owners who need to be productive in a fast paced and competitve industry. Machine downtime is a major concern for businesses. This means being ready at the drop of a hat to deliver or pickup equipment when needed, or as simple as delivering parts to a customer with a machine down. Whatever the problem is, I am ready to help. My customer\'s productivity is my priority.
