I’ve spent my career at the intersection of housing, equity, and innovation — from ground-level policy work in Cape Town and Chicago to executive advisory roles in New York and Washington D.C.Along the way, I\'ve bridged the learning that I developed through customer and community facing roles in roles where I have helped governments rethink affordable housing, guided mortgage giants through crisis and transformation, and most recently, helped Fannie Mae enable GenAI adoption inside one of the most complex financial ecosystems in the country.I believe housing is a social determinant of health — and that innovations in technology, directed with intention, will empower the industry\'s actors to create greater opportunity. I\'m energized by cross-functional leadership, culture-shaping work, and solving hard problems with good people.
