About James Leveille

I am an experienced technologist, systems thinker, strategic leader, innovator and entrepreneur working diligently to erase the gaps in innovation, education, capital access and infrastructure resources that underinvested communities and marginalized individuals in the U.S. and the Global South experiences. This incredible journey has proven to be a tremendous challenge and learning experience that has proven my grit and determination to get the job done. As a veteran in the ICT sector, I also endeavor to impart my knowledge and experience to the next generation of technologists to help them secure the jobs of tomorrow and thwart the threats of AI by learning to become deep and critical thinkers ready to solve the most daunting problems of our times. I founded and currently lead the EMBARC.biz digital collective for building a decentralized cognitive collaboration cloud to accelerate innovation, diversity, and success for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) tech entrepreneurs and communities. Our team of seasoned professionals combine cloud, crowd, capital and cognitive computing (AI) specifically formulated to enable diverse entrepreneurs to start, finance, run and grow their unique ventures digitally and successfully. As such, we enact digital entrepreneurship and economies in an inclusive fashion by bringing scarce resources to marginalized or disadvantaged entrepreneurs and communities like no one has done before. Our digital assets/investments, in turn, converges technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Semantic Web, Machine Learning/Reasoning, Distributed, Collaborative and Cognitive Computing that synthesizes Complex, Adaptive and Cyber-Physical Systems for the betterment of humanity. Specialties: Extensive systems knowledge spanning several years of multivendor systems design, implementation and management, combined with business development experience of over a decade. I possess in-the-trenches leadership skills and rise to any challenge while thriving for continuous improvement and innovation to realize intelligent business and community development. I\'m currently applying model-driven, cloud-enabled, and agent-oriented methods and artificial intelligent tools to automate Enterprise Engineering, Human-Centered Computing, Design and Education over a robust decentralized cloud computing infrastructure.

Embarc.biz also constitutes an innovation accelerator and strategic asset builder that will bring the benefits and impacts of tech entrepreneurship and ecosystems to underserved markets across the United States. As we enable e-venturing on an open and collaborative platform inclusive of disadvantaged communities, we will usher in a new era and decade where economic, educational and social disparities will dissolve.
