Three things dominate the employee engagement conversation: strategy, process, culture. The fourth — the individual — is almost always missing. I call it the Forgotten 4th Dimension. After 10+ years in senior talent acquisition, including at FTSE 250 level, I founded Engage to Succeed to close that gap. We\'re a consultancy and assessment platform that helps HR leaders in growing organisations see their people clearly — not just as headcount, but as human beings with distinct levels of passion and performance. Our Quadrant Passion × Performance model identifies whether someone is Flying High, On The Up, Rollercoaster Ride, or Stuck in a Rut — and gives individuals, managers and leaders a clear path forward for each. The result: better engagement, lower turnover, and workplaces where people actually want to show up. Alongside this, I founded The Free Man — a men\'s framework that talks about four archetypes (Hollow Man, Driven Man, Rising Man, Free Man) and was built on the belief that men\'s mental health belongs in the corporate conversation, not just outside it.
