   As the VP of Global Talent Acquisition, I am responsible for the strategy and operations of Epicor’s talent acquisition team responsible for 1,200+ hires per year. My position oversees our global Talent Acquisition team of 40 highly talented individuals covering functional recruiting, executive recruiting, and university recruiting around the world with core hubs in the US, India, Mexico, EMEA, and APAC. The teams support the 4,600-person ERP SaaS business across over 40 countries. Responsibilities • Lead Global Talent Acquisition strategy and operations supporting over 40 countries • Develop a strategy and plan for an organized and coordinated global approach to Talent Acquisition. • Develop robust metrics to measure talent acquisition\'s effectiveness.
