In my career I’ve worked with best-in-class teams across the country as both a leader and as an individual contributor. I’ve been a licensed Realtor selling over $3M in production in a single year. I’ve worked as a manager and a consultant at high-performing property management companies where I’ve trained dozens of employees to function in their roles. I’ve even been fortunate enough to partner with a large learning and development team to build and scale company-wide sales training programs. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout my pursuits, it’s that when it comes to inspiring high performance, a coach approach is the best approach.What’s a coach approach? It’s knowing when to lead people to their own conclusion and when to supply them with the right answer. It’s motivating them to perform by helping them find their “Why.” It’s empathizing with them, setting and reinforcing boundaries, and fostering psychological safety for innovation.It’s a philosophy built from years of motivating and empowering individuals in my personal pursuit as a fitness instructor and coach, and translating those principles to corporate training, people leadership, and project management is my sweet spot.

Delivers entertaining, safe, educational, and professional cycling classes ensuring that clients are satisfied with their workout program and motivated to attain their personal fitness goals. Tailors workouts with modifications for individuals who have physical limitations or injuries. Uses social media to market expertise, enhance credibility by partnering with other fitness experts, and stay connected with past, current, and future clients.
