Since 2007 I have worked at several national and international foundations and large nonprofits building HR infrastructure and leading people operations teams. Some of my areas of expertise include workplace culture, change management, workforce planning, and employee relations. I thrive in a dynamic work environment and believe in the inherent potential of a diverse and engaged workforce to drive impact. When I\'m not at work you might find me on some weekend adventure in the woods, cooking a meal with friends, or stuck in the pages of a book.
