As in-house IP Counsel, I handle all areas of patent and trademark development, prosecution, diligence, and enforcement, both within the U.S. and internationally. I additionally conduct landscape monitoring to track developments in the competitive field. Further, I support contract work for R&D with their vendors and joint development partners.
