As the Global Vice President and Head of Incident Response at CrowdStrike, I provide strategic direction for the company\'s Incident Response services practice. I lead our global team of incident responders who tackle sophisticated cyber threats, including numerous high-profile breaches that have shaped the cybersecurity landscape.Since joining CrowdStrike in 2016 as an incident response manager, I\'ve held progressive leadership roles, including Head of Incident Response for America, Senior Director CrowdStrike Incident Response Consulting practice, including Strategic, Technical, and Red Team services. My position offers comprehensive visibility across CrowdStrike operations and provides a unique vantage point to identify emerging threat actor trends. This perspective enables me to advise C-suite executives during active cyber incidents, deliver comprehensive incident response and digital forensics, lead proactive adversary hunting initiatives, develop remediation strategies for advanced persistent threats, and support global clients across commercial and government sectors. Through this work, I help organizations strengthen their security posture while navigating the complex landscape of modern cyber threats. Prior to CrowdStrike, I served as Chief Technologist at a large consulting firm where I co-led the Incident Response service offering. In this role, I advised senior executives on cyber defense strategies and implementations while leading technical teams conducting intrusion investigations and malware hunting. I designed and operated security operations centers, managed incident response investigations and adversary hunt activities, and delivered specialized security training. Throughout my tenure, I developed comprehensive cyber defense strategies for large public and private enterprises, helping organizations build resilience against evolving threats in an increasingly complex digital landscape.I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. I am based in Washington, D.C.
