I lead the on and off-shore development teams for a key cloud based enterprise application for insurance agencies. This application processes nearly $3B in policy premium and commissions per year. I interface with product management, customer support, hosting and operations teams as well as customers as necessary to ensure all aspects of the application are online, functioning optimally, and meeting customer and company objectives. I am responsible for the day to day work of software engineers, QA and SDET development team members as well as working to define and manage towards the strategic direction of the application. I have successfully led the product through several large initiatives to reduce the technical debt of the application and start down the path of modernization.
