Hired 35% of the team’s total 300 hires in May, 2022 with 105 hires. Managed 205 jobs between August 2021 and October 2022 across high-volume seasonal openings to Sr. Leadership roles. Onboarding: Trained Onboarding Specialist, a dozen representatives across 13 branches. Onboarded 250 staff across all departments, including senior leadership. Compensation: Analyzed department salaries across 2018, 2021-22 compensation tables, setting salaries as a detail oriented and equitable Human Resources Business Partner. Recommend changes to compensation-setting practices, salary range postings and staffing models. Proposed a Compensation Committee, gathered data from base models for identifying wage compression among a fixed salary grade with adjustments for tenure. Risk Management: Authored an SOP on agency background checks to improve child safety, operational efficiency and decrease wait times. Learning & Development: Co-Delivered New Hire Orientation as asynchronous learning experience, including virtual and in-person rollout across 13 branches and departments. Created customized Hiring Manager tutorials via 3 minute video training series for accessibility and user efficiency. Utilized Learning Management Software to track health and safety requirements, trainings, and compliance for plus staff. Drove completion rate increased by 45% from year prior, by authoring user guide creation, and bi-weekly reporting to leadership results. Amplified a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through accessible guides and trainings available for all staff.
