In my current role, I am dedicated to advancing the educational experiences of students with special needs. I have developed and implemented specialized academic instruction tailored to the unique requirements of 21 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). My approach integrates innovative digital tools, including Nearpod and SchoolAI, enhancing interactive lesson delivery and engagement.As one of BEST Academy’s LCAP Leads, I contributed to the development and presentation of the 2024 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), aligning school-wide goals with student needs. I also co-led the 2025 Mid-Year LCAP Calibration presentation, emphasizing data-driven insights and student-centered strategies.As a member of the Council for Exceptional Children and a participant in the STEAM Symposium, I engage with current educational practices and contribute thought leadership, including insights published in Education Today.
