   Senior Technician Team Lead•Lead the delivery and configuration of network infrastructure equipment, services and solutions to support client networking systems and environments. Perform daily field installations, configurations, preventive maintenance and decommissions. Service shared data infrastructures such as computers, network equipment and telecommunications devices. •Install, configure and test network assets including switches, routers, firewalls, network tools and testing devices. Troubleshoot to detect performance issues. •Ensure quality assurance by utilizing network monitoring software during maintenance windows and check against client standards and SLA before and after changes are made.•Perform field installation configuration, service and preventive maintenance of advanced services such as wireless, install equipment, install testing, and support engineering configuration •Maintaining Distributed Antenna Systems, wireless routers, roof mounted antenna and other infrastructure and technologies to provide wireless communications across clients’ network. •Conduct 802.11 wireless surveys to identify deficiencies and impact to meet WLAN requirements. •Setup, install and configure audio and video equipment including ceiling/in-wall speakers & controls. Assemble equipment racks, mount projectors/screens, hang flat screen T.V.s and install calibrating AV equipment. •Identify areas for improvement and recommend hardware and software upgrades to improve performance and reliability of the client’s network system. •Resolve infrastructure issues including Microsoft components such as Windows OS, Active Directory, Authentication, System Center Operations Manager, File/User Servers, and Share Point. •Support billing and payroll by complying with company procedures for written and electronic documentation, work order progress and client SLAs.
