   In partnership with the CIO Program Manager, deployment of SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (Buy@IBM) implementation by country waves. Cross functional project team consists of ~100 professionals globally, transforming processes to deploy through collaboration across CIO, Procurement Transformation, Procurement Sourcing, iERP, Finance & Planning, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounting. Responsibilities include: • Execute the management system, tracking and monitoring the country wave rollout implementation deliverables transitioning from IBM legacy to the SAP Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) platform. • Conduct status sessions with executive management, senior leaders, and across the team on progress and course corrections as necessary. • Lead weekly checkpoints with country procurement management to ensure awareness of actions (business & IT) while securing procurement support and commitment for successful deployment, transition, and adoption. • Coordinate across Buy@IBM project leads, ensuring team deliverables are executed correlating with dependencies. • Capitalize upon Retrospectives, implementing lessons learned, best practices, and continuous improvement into the management system, deliverables, and execution.
