In my current role as Director of Go-To-Marketing FP & A (GTM Finance), I:• A key member of the FP & A team to partner with GTM leaders by supporting strategic decision-making, providing business insights and helping to predict the future of the business.• Lead & own all GTM analytics, forecasting, bookings targets, and expense management for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success. Executive partnership with CRO, CMO, COO in line with AOP; manage 2 Sr Financial Analysts & one contract analyst.• Build & own key GTM KPI’s: Led creation & data analysis for 12 quarters of Key SaaS Metrics; owned reports out to Board & CFO, monthly leadership targets & planning, and segmentation insights. KPI’s include pipeline by channel, customer segment, win rates, Average Deal Size (ADS), conversion rates pipeline stage, trial-to-paid, & expansion rates.• Board Slides & Leadership Initiatives: Own all GTM, ARR, and cost slides; led segment analysis of new product launch to identify incremental impact, cannibalization risk (of legacy skus), and revamp sales enablement plays• Adaptive & Excel Sales Quota Planning: Built by-geo, by-segment targets, quotas, attainment, and commissions plans by group (including sellers, managers, and overlay) in Excel, and replicated in Workday Adaptive for capacity planning.• Core Finance/FP & A: Own weekly bookings forecasts, monthly BvA’s, cost envelopes, end-to-end AOP planning including bookings waterfalls to FY26 growth rates, headcount planning, and cross-department synergies.
